Shipping! 🚛 📦 🌍 ✈️

We are UK based and use Royal Mail for the majority of orders, unless they are larger/heavier items then we will use a courier. We will never use Evri as they aren’t reliable enough for our customers.

We also ship worldwide and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please bare in mind there are customs processes so delivery time after dispatch is out of our hands, a rough estimate of delivery times per country will be shown at checkout.

Dispatch time is 3-4 days please allow extra at busier times such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and check for local industrial action from Royal Mail which could also cause delays.

Pangea and Leapin’ Leachie pouches have free delivery. For other standard items the delivery charge is £2.99, for heavy items such as large bags of substrate the cost will increase slightly - this will also be calculated at checkout.
