2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or collection.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where we believe misuse may occur.

3. Live Animal Sales

  • Live animals are sold only to customers aged 18 or over.

  • By purchasing a live animal, you confirm that you have the necessary knowledge, facilities, and commitment to provide proper care.

  • We may request proof of suitable housing or experience before completing a sale.

  • Animal welfare is our highest priority. Orders may be delayed in extreme weather or cancelled if we believe delivery would put the animal at risk.

  • Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws, import restrictions, and licensing requirements relating to animal ownership in the UK or internationally.

4. Delivery

  • We ship orders using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on parcel size.

  • Live animals are shipped on a 24-hour tracked service at an additional cost.

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

  • Live animals cannot be returned unless they arrive unwell or in poor condition, in which case you must notify us within 24 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take all reasonable care to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, images, and availability may vary slightly.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, or extreme weather conditions.

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by misuse of products or failure to follow care guidance.
