At Obsessive Recessive Pets, we’re committed to getting your pets and pet supplies to you safely and quickly. This policy explains how we handle and ship orders.
1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Services
We ship orders using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on parcel size and weight. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Standard UK Delivery – estimated 3–5 business days

International Delivery – available; costs calculated at checkout based on destination
Delivery costs are determined at checkout, depending on the order weight, size, and delivery location.
3. Live Animals

We do ship live animals at an additional cost.

All live animal deliveries are sent on a 24-hour tracked service for welfare reasons.

Tracking numbers will be provided once dispatched.

Please note: deliveries may be delayed in cases of extreme weather to protect animal safety.
4. Click & Collect
Customers can choose Click & Collect from our shop at:

5. International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local restrictions.
6. Delays, Damages & Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

In the rare event of damage, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.

Lost parcels will be replaced or refunded once confirmed with the courier.
