Cancellation policy
At Obsessive Recessive Pets, we want to make sure our customers have clear information about their rights when purchasing from us.
1. Purchase Options
We currently offer the following ways to purchase from us:

Online Orders – pay securely via debit/credit card, PayPal, or other available payment methods at checkout.

In-Store Purchases – pay directly at our shop at:

Click & Collect – order online and collect in-store when notified.
2. Order Cancellations (Goods & Accessories)

You may cancel an order for non-perishable items (e.g., pet supplies, accessories) at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number.
3. Order Cancellations (Live Animals)
Due to the welfare needs of live animals, cancellation rules differ:

You may cancel your live animal order before dispatch for a refund (minus any handling or preparation costs).

Once an animal has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you cannot accept delivery at the arranged time, please notify us immediately to rearrange collection/delivery.
4. Subscriptions or Repeat Orders (if applicable)

If you subscribe to regular deliveries (e.g., pet food, supplies), you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next scheduled payment.

Refunds will not be issued for subscription payments already processed.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
